  • Welcome to the Bangor Music Festival 2022 programme

Welcome to the Bangor Music Festival 2022 where we explore the theme of ‘the senses’ through a number of stimulating concerts and musical events. As an exciting development from the online format last year, the three main concert will include performances with attending audiences alongside its simultaneous live streaming on digital platforms. Click on the relevant link to order your tickets.

During 2021 we feature three of the country’s most dedicated exponents of contemporary music in violinist Darragh Morgan, Electroacoustic Wales and UPROAR Ensemble. In addition, our sense of smell will be aroused by the sound installations and improvisations of Rhodri Davies (harp), Patricia Morgan (keyboards) and Angharad Davies (violin).

Many thanks to all our generous sponsors, to the dedicated Pontio staff, our enthusiastic volunteers and all the performers, composers and artists involved. Enjoy the music!
